FAQs

What is a “Digital Travel Plan”?

A Digital Travel Plan is a ready-to-follow itinerary in PDF format. It includes daily routes, metro and transport tips, local food recommendations, and map links — all created and tested by locals.
You can download it immediately after purchase and use it on your phone or print it.

How long does it take to receive my custom itinerary?

Once you complete the payment and questionnaire, the first draft will be ready within 5 business days, and the final version will be delivered within 7–9 business days.

What is the difference between a Digital Plan and a Custom Plan?
  • Digital Plan: Pre-designed, fixed routes (e.g. Suzhou 1-Day, Shanghai 4-Day), instantly downloadable.

  • Custom Plan: Fully personalized itinerary created based on your travel style, interests, and budget (delivered within 7–9 business days).

How many revisions can I request?

You’ll receive 2 free rounds of revisions for your custom itinerary to ensure it fits your expectations.

What payment methods?

We currently accept PayPal for international payments, and Alipay / WeChat / Wise for Chinese or cross-border users.

Can I get a refund?
  • Digital Plans: Refunds are available within 7 days only if the file has not been downloaded.

  • Custom Plans: As these are personalized services, refunds are available before work starts (i.e., before receiving your questionnaire).
If the file has been delivered, we unfortunately cannot issue a refund.

What if I need changes after the final version?

You can always request further adjustments later — small updates (like attraction opening times or transport changes) are free;
major reworks (adding new cities or extra days) may require an additional fee.

Can you help me book hotels, train tickets, or attraction passes?

Yes. After your final itinerary is confirmed, our partner travel agency in China can handle all reservations — including hotels, trains, and attraction tickets.

How much do tour guides cost?
  • English-speaking guides: RMB 1000–1800/day (up to 8 hours)

  • Other languages (German, Spanish, French, Japanese, etc.): RMB 1200–2200/day
All guides are licensed professionals personally verified by our team.

Is my personal information safe?

Absolutely. All information you share is used solely for trip planning and will never be shared or sold to third parties.

What file format will I receive?

You’ll receive a print-friendly A4 PDF that can also be easily viewed on your phone or tablet. Each section includes clickable links and maps for navigation.

Do you offer plans for families or business travelers?

Yes — custom plans can be tailored for families, solo travelers, or business visitors who wish to blend sightseeing with local culture.

Can I combine multiple cities in one custom plan?

Yes, absolutely — multi-city trips are very popular!
For the best experience and a comfortable pace, I recommend:

  • 7-day trips: 2 cities (no more than 4)

  • 14-day trips: 3–4 cities (no more than 6)

Visiting too many cities in a short time can feel rushed and tiring, especially with China’s vast distances. A balanced itinerary allows you to see more, enjoy more, and travel with ease.
